PC&A is an independent consultant specialized in the creation, development and monitoring of Marketing Strategies and Commercial Strategies. Our mission is to help companies and their professionals to find solutions in order to be successful and gain a different position in their market.

There are 3 fundamental values that guide our conduct:

• Transparency: PC&A teams and their customers operate in an integrated environment in the development of projects;

• Exclusivity: Due to the strategic nature of the information provided, PC&A does not work with more than one company per sector of activity for the duration of each project;

  • A strategy must have a competitive focus that is based on a culture of customer orientation;

  • Marketing and sales involve people and depend on their competence. It is through the qualified preparation of business staff that competitive advantages in management quality are gained;

  • Brands do not fight in a product war, but in a war of perceptions. Customers’ perceptions of brands compete with their perceptions of competing brands. The key to success is the proper handling of perceptions in the minds of customers.

PhD in Management from the Complutense University of Madrid. Graduated from INSEAD, London Business School, University of Virginia, MIT Management Sloan Management, Harvard Business School, Imperial College of London, Kellogg School of Management of Chicago and IESE Business School. Master in Management and Industrial Strategy by ISEG.

Postgraduate in European Studies from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

General Director of PC&A – Strategic Marketing Consultants.

At Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, he is Academic Director of the Executive Master in Management and coordinator of the Advanced Marketing Program for Executives, Commercial and Sales Management Program, Digital Marketing Management Program, Advanced Tourism Program and several intra-company courses .

Author of the books Marketing Performance, Marketing Strategies – Collection of Portuguese Cases and Comunicación Empresarial.

Author of the Blog Marketing Thoughts, he collaborates with several media, such as Expresso, Exame, Dinheiro Vivo, Do It Magazine, Link to Leaders and Executiva.
